ui, schon meine zweites Zitat zur Telekomkrise von +netzpolitik. Aber das Interview mit dem "Spezialexperten" ist einfach zu schön.

tl;dr -> Einen Engpass gibt es nicht. Netzausbaukosten sind fix und daher unabhängig von der Nutzung. Die Telekom will einfach wieder Umsatz ausweisen.

Nützlich. Aber auch hier wird unter OER immer noch ein sehr enger Spezialfall verstanden: eigentlich ja klassische "wiederverwendbare" E-learning-Objekte, von "Autoren" gezielt für institutionelle Ausbildungsprozesse und Lehrpläne hergestellt, nur (bzw. immerhin!) eben im Web-Format. Das sind die sog. "Learning Objects", über die in den Jahren 2001 – 2004 intensiv diskutiert wurde. 

Ich behaupte immer noch, dass das an der Realität und an der Zukunft von OER großteils vorbeigeht. Während man damals über "Learning Objects" diskutierte, explodierten parallel dazu und unabhängig davon die Blogosphere, Wikipedia, dann Youtube als Lernplattform und die "Personal/Social Learning Networks". Die Versuche, LOs durch Autoren herstellen zu lassen (die gab es), scheiterten fast durchwegs.

Was man machen sollte: Eine ähnliche Grafik, aber dann für informelle OER.

Evidenzbasierte Lehre trifft sich ja sehr mit meiner Learning Analytics Ebene in Lernservices. Ist der Begriff evtl. aus der Medizin zu vorbelastet?
Ich halte es auf jeden Fall für den richtigen Weg. Die (Hochschul-)Lehre ist viel zu stark von Annahmen geprägt.

I don't categorically object to RCT in education. But this suggestion worries me. It runs the risk of (a) stifling innovation, since most innovators do not have the resources to conduct valid RCT and (b) flattening education to what is measurable in the context of RCTs, which is not a lot.

This kind of for #evidencebased #education, which appears to dominate the US scene, ignores the fact that education is a complex, dynamical system and the fact that the study of education is a design science – not a natural science.
