If Hundertwasser was lead designer of  #ingress

If Hundertwasser was lead designer of  #ingress

Reshared post from +Susanne Ramharter

Good Morning Google+
The Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser died 13 years ago today. Hunderwasser is probably better known for his architectural projects than for his paintings, having built or remodeled projects all over the world.
He was passionate about ecology, living in harmony with nature and his abhorrence of the the straight line.
As this painting, Water for Those Who Cry from 1974 shows, he much preferred the curves and swirls that are found in nature, his favorite form being the spiral, of which he said:
Our earth describes a spiral course. We move in circles, but we never come back to the same point. The circle is not closed. We only pass the same neighborhood many times. It is characteristic of a spiral that it seems to be a circle but is not closed.
While I don't profess to be an uncritical fan of his, I do agree with him about the spiral.

May the spirals of your day bring you towards new possibilities, and tread lightly
